Free shipping across the eurozone
Shipping is included in the price. There is nothing added at checkout and there are no customs charges: your piece is engraved and dispatched from the Netherlands, so it never leaves the European Union on its way to you.
How long it takes
Every piece is made to order, so the clock has two parts:
- Production: 2 to 5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
- Delivery: made to order in 2 to 5 business days, then 1 to 7 business days in transit depending on the destination country depending on your country.
Order confirmation and dispatch notification both arrive by email. The dispatch email carries your tracking number.
Where we ship
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to irftl2creative@gmail.com and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Ordering for a specific date
Anniversaries do not move, so give yourself margin. Count the production window plus the delivery window and add a few days. If you are working to a deadline, tell us in the order notes or by email and we will give you the current production and transit times for your country so you can judge. We cannot guarantee arrival on a given date.
Wrong address
We send to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email us straight away. If your piece has not gone for engraving yet, we can change it. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we cannot recover it, and a replacement would be a new order.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, strikes and customs inspections happen. You get a tracking link once your order is dispatched. On international orders tracking can take 5 to 10 days to start updating, so a link that shows nothing for the first few days is normal. If an order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us. We will chase it with our production partner, and if it cannot be traced we refund you in full.
