Before you order
What do I need to have ready?
Two names and one date. For the star map, a date and a place. It takes a minute.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing across the eurozone. The number on the piece is the number you pay.
When does it arrive?
Made to order in 2 to 5 business days, then 1 to 7 in the post depending on the country.
How big is it?
The heart is 20 x 25 mm, about a two euro coin. The tag is 22 x 39 mm. Both on a 45+5 cm adjustable chain.
Does the engraving last?
It is cut into the steel, not printed on top, so it does not rub away.
What is it made of?
Stainless steel, or stainless steel with 18k gold or 18k rose gold plating. The plating is a finish, so treat it like any plated piece: keep it away from perfume, chlorine and creams.
How much text fits?
Ten characters per name: the two names share one 20 mm line, and the more you add the smaller everything gets. The date goes as Day.Month.Year, exactly as it will be cut. The back takes up to fifty characters.
Can I return it?
Each piece is engraved to your order, so it is not returnable. If the engraving does not match what you sent, we remake it.
