Yearstone sells personalised jewellery to consumers in the European Union. Products are manufactured and dispatched from the Netherlands by our production partner.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These pages, and any contract formed through this site, are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you habitually reside.

Write to irftl2creative@gmail.com with your order number. We answer every complaint in writing. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer protection authority of your country of residence, or to the Spanish consumer authorities.
